🕒 Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging or tags.

🎨 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and wellness offerings, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Art Wellness Session bookings (unless canceled within 48 hours of purchase)

🔁 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items if you’d prefer a different product or design.
  • Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return window.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Oversized Package Shipping Policy

At ZGordon Unlimited, we celebrate creativity in all shapes and sizes—including the ones that don’t fit neatly in a box. For our larger handcrafted items and wellness installations, our shipping policy ensures safe, reliable delivery while keeping you informed every step of the way.

🧭 What Qualifies as Oversized?

An item is considered oversized if it exceeds:

  • Length: 108 inches
  • Combined length + girth: 165 inches
  • Weight: Over 70 lbs (These thresholds may vary slightly depending on the carrier.)

🚚 Shipping Methods

Oversized packages are shipped via ground freight or specialized courier services, depending on destination and item type. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure:

  • Safe handling and reinforced packaging
  • Real-time tracking and delivery updates
  • Optional white-glove delivery for select items

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees for oversized items are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
  • Additional handling fees may apply for fragile, custom, or installation-required items.
  • We do not currently offer free shipping on oversized items unless part of a promotional event.

🌍 Delivery Timeframes

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery of oversized items.
  • Rural or remote areas may require additional time.
  • We’ll notify you of any delays or special delivery arrangements.

If your oversized item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
